This is a private resort and they only market to Japanese tourists.
I couldn’t even find any contact information for them!
From what I understand, local tourists are not there target market, and they probably don’t want local or military in there.
That’s hard to understand though because although many locals may not be intersted in this, I can think of a bunch of military couples that would love this as a secluded romantic getaway.
There aren’t many romantic escapes on Guam, so I think they should at least have a simple website where people could buy local tickets.
